Role Description

This full-time on-site role of a Reservations Executive is based in Rishikesh. The Reservations Executive will manage daily reservations, handle customer inquiries, ensure guest satisfaction, coordinate room availability, and provide outstanding customer service. Additional responsibilities include interacting with potential guests to maximize occupancy, maintaining accurate records, and assisting in the seamless management of guest stays to deliver exceptional experiences.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills and a customer-centric mindset
• Experience in Reservations and Customer Service
• Proficiency in Customer Satisfaction and handling guest inquiries effectively
• Sales aptitude with the ability to promote services and increase bookings
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work independently and as a part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in the hospitality or tourism industry is a strong advantage
• Proficiency in reservation systems and basic computer skills is a plus
• Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are an asset
