Experience: Fresher, 1-2 years of experience in hotel operations.

Candidates Profile:

1.Bachelor's degree(IHM) or Hospitality Education

2.Knowledge of MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint.

3.Desire to continue to grow skill set with ongoing education and training

4.Excellent communication and presentation skills

5.Pleasing Personality and a Go-Getter Attitude

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring guests satisfaction by responding to any concerns they may have during their stay.
• Processing new reservations, including collecting payment information such as credit card numbers or other forms of payment.
• Updating existing reservations with any changes requested by guests.
• Communicating with guests throughout their stay to ensure their needs are met.
• Answering questions about hotel services, facilities, and activities
• Providing information about local attractions and activities
• Coordinating the flow of incoming and outgoing guest traffic by maintaining accurate records of reservations and room assignments
• Providing guests with information about rates and other policies, including cancellation policies
