- Knowledge of IDS Hotel Software (FortuneNEXT/IDS PMS)
- Experience with OTAs (Booking.com, Expedia, Agoda, MakeMyTrip, etc.)
- Handling International Guest Queries via Email & Calls

- Ability to Coordinate with Multiple Hotel Departments
Role Responsibilities:
- Manage reservations through phone, email, website, and OTA channels
- Handle international client correspondence professionally
- Process booking modifications, cancellations, and special requests
- Maintain accurate reservation records in IDS PMS
- Coordinate with Front Office and Revenue teams to maximize occupancy
- Ensure excellent guest experience through timely communication
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with guests and internal teams.
- Proven Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction focus, with the ability to handle inquiries, concerns, and feedback professionally.
- Hands-on experience with Reservations processes, booking systems, and accurate data entry.
- Basic to intermediate Sales skills, with the ability to upsell room categories, packages, and add-on services.
- Attention to detail, numeracy, and comfort working with booking and property management software.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, manage shifting priorities, and collaborate in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
- Prior experience in hotel reservations, front office, or hospitality operations is preferred.
- A diploma or degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or a related field is an advantage.
