Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an OTA & Online Reservation Executive located in Noida. Day-to-day tasks include managing online travel agency (OTA) listings, processing reservations efficiently, ensuring outstanding customer service, and resolving guest queries. The role also involves maintaining accurate records, promoting sales opportunities, and ensuring a seamless booking experience for guests.

Qualifications

• Exceptional communication skills and a strong focus on customer satisfaction
• Proficiency in managing reservations and delivering excellent customer service
• Basic sales skills with the ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively
• Proficiency with OTA platforms and reservation management systems would be advantageous
• Familiarity with the hospitality or travel industry is preferred
• A bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or a related field is an advantage
• Positive attitude, problem-solving ability, and a customer-centric mindset
