Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Reservation Executive located in Chennai. The Reservation Executive will be responsible for managing hotel booking processes, assisting guests with reservations, and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities also include coordinating with internal teams to ensure guest requirements are met efficiently and promoting sales by upselling services and amenities where appropriate. Maintaining accurate records of bookings and ensuring a seamless guest experience is also a key part of this role.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with a wide range of customers and team members
- Exceptional Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction abilities to deliver an outstanding guest experience
- Experience and proficiency in Reservations management and handling booking systems
- Sales and upselling skills, with the ability to promote hotel services and packages effectively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and ensure attention to detail
- Proficiency in relevant computer booking and reservation software is preferred
- Prior experience in hospitality or a related customer-facing role is advantageous
- A bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field is desirable but not required
