Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer Reservations Executive to join our dynamic hospitality tech team. The ideal candidate will manage hotel reservations through our platforms, coordinate with hotel partners, and ensure a seamless booking experience for guests. Key Responsibilities
- Manage hotel reservations through the company's OTA (Online Travel Agency) platform.
- Coordinate with hotel staff and guests to confirm bookings, modifications, or cancellations.
- Resolve booking-related issues promptly while maintaining high service standards.
- Keep booking records accurate and up to date.
- Assist in onboarding and training hotel partners on our reservation system.
- Provide technical and operational support for OTA and channel manager integrations.
- Conduct field visits to client locations for support, relationship building, and troubleshooting.
- Cross-sell additional hospitality tech products (POS, PMS, Channel Manager, Booking Engine) during interactions.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to enhance revenue.
Requirements
- 12 years of experience in hospitality or travel reservations.
- Freshers with relevant skills or training are welcome to apply.
- Knowledge of hotel management systems (PMS), booking engines, or channel managers is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-centric approach with problem-solving ability.
