Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer Reservations Executive to join our dynamic hospitality tech team. The ideal candidate will manage hotel reservations through our platforms, coordinate with hotel partners, and ensure a seamless booking experience for guests. This role suits individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about delivering excellent service in the travel and hospitality sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage hotel reservations through the company's OTA (Online Travel Agency) platform.
  • Coordinate with hotel staff and guests to confirm bookings, modifications, or cancellations.
  • Resolve booking-related issues promptly while maintaining high service standards.
  • Keep booking records accurate and up to date.
  • Assist in onboarding and training hotel partners on our reservation system.
  • Provide technical and operational support for OTA and channel manager integrations.
  • Conduct field visits to client locations for support, relationship building, and troubleshooting.
  • Cross-sell additional hospitality tech products (POS, PMS, Channel Manager, Booking Engine) during interactions.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to enhance revenue.

Requirements

  • 12 years of experience in hospitality or travel reservations.
  • Freshers with relevant skills or training are welcome to apply.
  • Knowledge of hotel management systems (PMS), booking engines, or channel managers is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-centric approach with problem-solving ability.
