Roles and Responsibilities:

· Manage bookings and reservations using Indecab software

· Coordinate with internal and attached drivers for trip allocations

· Ensure seamless communication with drivers, customers, and team members

· Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly

· Good communication

· Maintain accurate records and reports as required.

Must-Have:

· 1+ year experience in the travel industry, specifically in billing and booking

· Proficiency in Indecab software

· Excellent communication skills inEnglish, Kannada & Hindi is mandatory

· Strong customer service and problem-solving skills

· Knowledge of other travel software and systems

· Experience in handling corporate travel bookings
