Role Description

This is a full-time Reservation Executive role, based on-site in Bengaluru. The Reservation Executive will be responsible for managing customer reservations, addressing customer inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing excellent service. The role also involves promoting travel packages and upsell opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and support sales targets. Efficient coordination with relevant teams is a core aspect of this position.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
• Expertise in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to address customer needs and ensure a seamless experience.
• Knowledge of Reservations and booking systems to manage and handle travel requests.
• Sales skills to actively promote travel packages and generate revenue opportunities.
• Ability to multitask, work in a team environment, and efficiently handle high-pressure situations.
• Previous experience in the travel or hospitality industry is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with travel software is beneficial.
• Language: English, Kannada & Hindi.
• Location: KR Puram, Bangalore
• Timmings: 9am to 7pm
• Working days: 6days working [Weekday off]
