Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Reservation Associate role located in Chennai. The Reservation Associate will be responsible for assisting guests with their booking and reservation needs, managing incoming inquiries, and providing personalized customer service. Key responsibilities include handling room reservations, updating booking systems, ensuring accuracy of guest details, and addressing customer questions or concerns. The role also involves collaboration with other teams to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in reservation systems, booking platforms, and customer service tools
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on professionalism and customer satisfaction
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively, and work in a fast-paced environment
• Problem-solving skills with attention to detail for resolving guest inquiries and issues
• Prior experience in hospitality, customer service, or a related field is advantageous
• Knowledge of the local area and its attractions is beneficial
• A diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related discipline is preferred
