Role Description

Prolific Research Private Limited is seeking a full-time Researcher - Voice Process located in Ahmedabad. The Researcher - Voice Process will be responsible for conducting structured interviews with research participants via telephone to collect data on various topics. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, a proven ability to use probing questions effectively, and attention to detail. This is an on-site role in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Able to conduct structured interviews via telephone
• Familiarity with research methodologies and practices
• Demonstrated ability to use probing questions effectively and excellent attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to work well in a team environment
