We are currently seeking a who will be responsible for conductresearch and development activity in Flow cytometry for developing flow cytometry product products. The role will contribute to the product launch of immunophenotyping panels including feasibility studies, development of protocols, analytical methods for testing of the multicolor panels for L&L, This role also demands knowledge of basic to moderate experience of flowcytometry fundamentals, Data analysis, hands on experience with single color & multicolor flowcytometry assays, problem solving skills, familiarization on analytical techniques, and technology transfer to deliver consistent and cost-effective production processes to GMP manufacturing. The incumbent participates in executing the studies for the development, evolution and optimization of product design maintains well organized laboratory notebooks in compliance with relevant procedures and supports post-launch activities to resolve performance and/or quality issues. This is an individual contributor role.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

Boundary Conditions/Authority Levels: Receives instruction on routine work

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Conducts day to day experiments as per the plan. Performs routine analysis of raw materials, in-process and finished goods under supervision and according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

  • Provide feedbacks on instrument, Software and reagent performances to the technical lead. Routine instrument running and maintenance. Recording of experimental data in laboratory notebooks or case report forms.

  • Participates and performs investigation with respect to the testing performed.

The required qualifications for the job include:

  • Bachelor's degree with 3+ or Master's degree with 1 to 2 years of experience years of related experience. (cell biology, biotechnology, immunology.)

  • Flow cytometry related experience on maintenance , operation, data collection and analysis, QC etc.

  • Specimen handling experience, whole blood, bone marrow, body fluids etc., antibody cocktail preparation.
