Research Support:
We are looking to add a member to our global research support team to help manage our research subscription workflow, aggregator entitlements and level one support for analyst publication concerns. Individuals should be intellectually curious and question current processes and become heavily involved with streamlining and improving workflows.
Primary Tasks
Coordinate Aggregator entitlement requests which come from either Sales, IB, or other departments, or directly through the variety of Aggregators.
Explore API solutions with current aggregators to streamline these entitlement processes in the future.
Respond to client and analyst requests for subscription adds and removals, ensuring compliance workflow is followed.
Coordinate global distribution list adds for new analyst teams.
Provide level one support for analysts during their authoring and publishing process through the BlueMatrix platform, which you will be fully trained on.
Qualifications
3 -4 years of relevant experince.
Able to clearly communicate ideas and provide alternative solutions when warranted.
Challenge the status quo over time to improve current processes; and look to leverage AI tooling to automate tasks
Be able to balance working with a global team across different time zones.
