Your role

- work closely with London-based sell-side analysts to deliver high-quality equity research on European Small and Mid-Cap companies
- provide end-to-end research support, including sector coverage, company analysis, and generation of investment ideas
- build and maintain detailed financial models, perform valuations, and conduct scenario and sensitivity analysis
- prepare and contribute to initiation notes, earnings updates, thematic reports, and ad-hoc research publications
- support analysts in responding to internal and external client requests in a timely and professional manner
- assist in the creation and maintenance of research databases, sector trackers, and financial dashboards
- develop marketing and client presentation materials in line with research outputs
- ensure adherence to internal quality standards, timelines, and compliance requirements

We are hiring equity research associates with experience of 1-5 years in European Small and Mid cap research role.
Your expertise
- strong understanding of finance, accounting, and capital markets
- proven experience in financial modelling and equity valuation techniques
- excellent written and spoken English with the ability to articulate investment views clearly
- strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail
- effective interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across geographies
- proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- exposure to market data platforms such as Bloomberg or equivalent is preferred
Who can apply:
- any post graduate from a reputed institute in commerce/economics/business administration streams. MBA (finance), C.A., CFA (US)
- candidate must have 1-5 years of relevant experience
