Hiring: Research & Quality Analyst (Night Shift)

Location: Sector 4, Udaipur, Rajasthan

Timings: 8 PM - 5 AM or 10 PM to 7 AM

(5 days a week)

Experience: Minimum 1 year in KPO/ BPO/ Research

Salary: Rs. 15K - Rs. 25K

About the Role:

We are looking for analytical and detail-oriented Research& Quality Analysts to join our team. You will be responsible for conducting in-depth research, performing quality checks, and ensuring the accuracy of deliverables for our international clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform primary and secondary research across various sources.

Analyze data, prepare reports, and ensure all outputs meet quality standards.

Conduct quality audits and validations on research deliverables.

Interact directly with international clients to understand requirements and provide updates.

Maintain documentation and follow data security protocols.

Requirements:

Graduate degree in any discipline.

Minimum 1 year of experience in a KPO/BPO or research role.

Strong research, analytical, and data interpretation skills.

Direct experience working with international clients.

Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).

Comfortable working night shifts.
