Job Description
Research Intern — IISCHOLAR
IISCHOLAR is looking for a motivated Research Intern to join our team and contribute to research-driven projects in higher education, scholarships, international opportunities, public policy, and sustainability.
What You'll Do
- Conduct research on universities, scholarships, fellowships, and global academic opportunities.
- Research topics related to higher education, international education, policy, sustainability, and career opportunities.
- Collect, verify, and organize information from credible sources.
- Prepare research notes, reports, databases, and scholarship lists.
- Support the team in developing research-based content for LinkedIn, newsletters, webinars, and other platforms.
- Assist with literature reviews and basic data collection when required.
- Ensure accuracy and proper sourcing of all research findings.
Who We're Looking For
- Undergraduate or postgraduate students from Economics, Political Science, International Relations, Public Policy, Social Sciences, Education, or related fields.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Good written English and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working with Google Search, Google Sheets/Excel, and online research databases.
- Curious, proactive, and willing to learn.
- Prior research, writing, or academic project experience is a plus.

Compensation: Unpaid internship
Time Commitment: Approximately 2–4 hours per week
