Project Management & Research Intern

Key Responsibilities

Industry Research & Intelligence

• Conduct research on industry sectors, companies, technologies, markets and emerging trends.
  
  
• Prepare sector profiles, company databases, briefing notes and research inputs.
  
• Track industry developments, business opportunities and key stakeholders across assigned sectors.
  

Project & Industry Engagement

• Support ongoing projects, conferences, exhibitions and industry initiatives.
  
• Identify and engage with relevant companies, institutions, government bodies, industry associations and professionals.
  
• Assist in outreach, follow-ups and stakeholder coordination.
  
• Support preparation of presentations, proposals, communication material and project documentation.
  

Delegate, Visitor & Exhibitor Engagement

• Support delegate and visitor acquisition campaigns for conferences and exhibitions.
  
• Assist in exhibitor outreach, onboarding and relationship management.
  
• Provide pre-event and after-sales support to exhibitors and participating organizations.
  
• Coordinate with stakeholders through email, telephone and other professional communication channels.
  

Event & Project Execution

• Assist with backend coordination, documentation and project administration.
  
• Support onsite event operations, meetings and stakeholder coordination.
  
• Work with internal teams to ensure timely completion of assigned project deliverables.
  
• Assist in planning and execution of conferences, exhibitions, meetings and other industry initiatives.

Requirements

What We Are Looking For

• Recent graduates or final-year students from relevant disciplines.
  
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  
  
• Good research, analytical and documentation abilities.
  
  
• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  
  
• Ability to communicate professionally through email, telephone and in-person interactions.
  
• Self-driven, organized and detail-oriented.
  
• Willingness to learn, take ownership and work in a fast-paced project environment.
  
• Interest in energy, infrastructure, sustainability, fire & safety or industry-focused projects will be an advantage.
