This is a full-time on-site role for a Research Intern based in Kolkata. The Research Intern will be responsible for conducting in-depth research, analyzing data, and synthesizing information to support organizational projects. Additional responsibilities include preparing comprehensive reports, assisting in the development of innovative strategies, and helping align business practices with mindful and sustainable principles.

• Strong skills in Research and Data Analysis
• Ability to prepare detailed Reports, Summaries, and Presentations
• Proficiency in using tools for information organization and analysis
• Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a professional, on-site environment
• Demonstrated interest in mindfulness, ethical practices, or sustainable development is a plus
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Social Sciences, or related fields
