Responsible for coordinating activities for annotation projects.
- Able to drive, supervise annotation projects and guide annotators to maintain quality of results.
- Collaborate with external and third party vendors.
- Work in collaboration with multiple project teams in different locations on new strategies & initiatives.
- Manage and Mentor different Annotation teams, ensuring timely delivery.
- Proactively identifies opportunities for process improvement and drive root cause analysis.
Desired Qualification and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in IT, Engineering, related field and/or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in medical imaging domain. Familiarity with different medical imaging modality is desired. Knowledge of human body anatomy is plus.
- One or more years of hands-on project management with a demonstrated track record of success.
- Experience in ITK-snap and such tools are essential. Experience with MeVis is preferable.
- Expertise in python programming and scripting.
- Works well in an environment with rapidly changing priorities.
- Demonstrated project management abilities, including the ability to create project plans and manage resource allocations per phase/tasks.
- Good communication skill (oral and written), quick learner of new technologies with ability to work independently
- Experience in working with multinational projects
