- Expertise in a broad base of core materials: chemical engineering / process expertize , Material science, Inorganic, coating techniques, Electro chemistry etc.,
- Basic knowledge of materials chemistry and Electro Chemistry
- Hands on experience knowledge on various analytical materials characterization techniques such as EIS, ICP, SEM and Optical Microscopies and Surface Techniques like XPS tec.,
- Willingness to learn and share the knowledge, quick grasping abilities.
- Attention to details and quality of work.
- Should have hands-on approach towards research and be proactive.
- Independent research abilities with minimal supervision, good at decision-making.
- Meticulous in prioritizing, planning and execution.
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams, agile mindset.
- Good verbal and written communication skills. Ability to write technical reports/memos/manuscripts.
- Proficient in MS office.
Qualifications
Educational qualification:
- Masters Chemical Engg (5-6 Yrs ) / Phd Chemical Engineering (0-1 Yrs) / Electrochemistry

- Follow EHS protocols and 5S
- Working experience in a chemical lab.
- Hands-on experience in characterization techniques.
