Position: Research & Editorial Intern (Non-Fiction Book Project)

Duration: 34 Months (November 2025 February/March 2026)

Location: Hybrid (Pune based candidate preferred)

Commitment: Part-Time (24 hours/day, MondaySaturday). Must be willing to travel

About the Project

The internship position is for a soon to be launched, non-fiction book on entrepreneurs.

You'll be working directly with Dr. Rahul Shiledar, a business coach, brand strategist and founder of Academy of Coaching, to bring these stories to life.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough research on selected entrepreneurs
• Prepare briefing documents for interviews
• Support email/WhatsApp coordination and scheduling
• Organize and maintain interview records and database
• Assist in conducting, transcribing and summarizing interviews
• Write story summaries and help structure draft narratives
• Support behind-the-scenes content creation for social media

You're a Good Fit If You Are:

• A journalism, media, mass communication, or English literature student/fresher
• Fluent in English and Marathi (written + verbal + spoken)
• Comfortable handling research, writing and digital tools (Google Docs, Sheets)
• Professional, punctual and respectful when dealing with senior entrepreneurs
• Genuinely interested in business, storytelling, and real Indian entrepreneurship
