Key Responsibilities

• Product Formulation:Develop and test new cosmetic and personal care product formulations that align with market needs and comply with regulatory standards.
• Product Improvement:Evaluate and reformulate existing products to enhance quality, performance, and consumer appeal.
• Quality Testing:Conduct safety, performance, and stability testing to ensure product excellence.
• Collaboration:Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Production, and Quality Assurance teams to ensure product success.
• Regulatory Compliance:Stay updated on cosmetic and Ayurveda regulations; ensure all formulations meet required safety and documentation standards.
• Innovation:Identify and evaluate new ingredients and technologies for next-generation product development.
• Process Optimization:Support the setup and improvement of lab procedures, testing protocols, and manufacturing processes.

• Strong expertise incosmetic product formulation
• Knowledge ofraw materials, ingredients, and formulation techniques
• Understanding ofregulatory and quality standards(BIS, FDA, GMP)
