Key Responsibilities
- Assist in formulation development for home care products.
- Work on new product development and existing product improvements.
- Conduct formulation trials, testing, and product evaluations.
- Perform analytical evaluation and stability testing of products.
- Maintain proper documentation of formulations, trials, and reports.
- Carry out in-depth research on ingredients, market trends, and product innovations.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for product development activities.
- Ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards during development.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of home care formulations and raw materials.
- Understanding of product testing and analytical evaluation.
- Good documentation and reporting skills.
- Strong research and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced product development environment.
Qualification
- B.Sc / M.Sc in Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, Biotechnology, or related field.
- Experience: 0 – 2 Years
- Industry Preference: Home Care
