Luxury Furniture - Research and Development Head

Role Description The Luxury Furniture - Research and Development Head is a full-time, on-site role based in Lonavala at our R&D Center and Factory. This role leads the end-to-end R&D function for luxury furniture, from concept and material exploration to prototype development and product refinement. The role involves research on international luxury design , prototyping, coordinating with in-house factories, vendors, and manufacturing teams, and ensuring that products meet performance, durability, sustainability, and regulatory standards. The R&D Head will collaborate closely with design, procurement, project teams to ensure timely product delivery, manage budgets and timelines, and mentor a high-performing R&D team while continuously improving processes and documentation.

• Must have experience in working in a factory on the floor
• Only luxury furniture experience needed
