Research & Data Sourcing Analyst

We are looking for a detail-oriented Research & Data Sourcing Analyst who can efficiently source information, conduct market/industry research, and manage data using advanced Excel skills. The ideal candidate should be analytical, proactive, and comfortable working with datasets, online sources, and research tools.

• Conduct research across various online and offline sources to collect accurate data.
• Perform detailed data sourcing, verification, and classification.
• Maintain, clean, and organize data using Excel (including formulas, pivot tables, filters, VLOOKUP, etc.).
• Generate insights and summaries based on sourced data.
• Support internal teams with research reports, comparisons, and data-driven insights.
• Track, update, and manage databases to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Identify reliable sources for information and continuously improve sourcing quality.
• Present findings in clear and structured formats (Excel sheets, reports, dashboards).

• 13 years of experience in research, data sourcing, data analysis, or a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, conditional formulas, data cleaning, and formatting.
• Good understanding of online research methodologies and data-collection techniques.
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Ability to work with large datasets.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Graduation in any discipline (preferred: commerce, statistics, business, or related field).

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Eagerness to learn new tools or sourcing platforms.
• Strong sense of responsibility and data accuracy.
