Research Associate (with Survey Data and Quantitative Insights Specialization)

Qualifications (Required):

Bachelor's Degree required

History of excellence in academics, personal and vocational achievements

Strong understanding of basic statistical concepts

Able to analyze and interpret quantitative data to answer business questions

Excellent research and analytical skills

Familiarity with R, SPSS, Q, SAS, or other statistical software

Familiarity with programming surveys in Decipher/Forsta, Survey Monkey, Qualtrics, or equivalent

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Strong project management skills: ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and successfully manage deadlines

Qualifications (Preferred):

Experience with research in a business context

Experience with questionnaire writing, design, and development preferred, but not required

Experience working with vendors (bonus if survey research panel vendors)

Project scoping and proposal development experience

Experience creating charts in Excel and Powerpoint

Experience coding in Python or similar

1-3 years work experience in a professional services environment (management consulting/business research/advisory)

Experience or background with survey research

Priority Experience (Preferred):

Social science research methods training or experience

Some background in financial services or insurance industry
