This is a full-time, on-site role for a Research Associate Professor located in Bengaluru. The Research Associate Professor will engage in conducting advanced academic research, mentoring postgraduate students, and collaborating with fellow faculty members on research projects. Responsibilities include publishing scholarly articles, contributing to academic conferences, and securing research funding. The role also involves teaching postgraduate courses, designing curriculum, and promoting a research-oriented learning environment.

• Strong academic background and expertise in research methodologies, data analysis, and academic writing
• Experience in mentoring students and managing research teams effectively
• Proficiency in publishing scholarly articles and presenting research findings at conferences
• Ability to develop and deliver postgraduate-level curriculum and courses
• Experience in securing funding or grants for research projects is a plus
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ph.D. in a relevant field with a proven research track record
• Familiarity with contemporary research tools and technologies
