Summary

HD PCT Lead and Operational support for Vantive Kidney Care Solution Products and responsible for life cycle management within SPO Formulation HD

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • As part of the operational management, define and track the metrics for Vantive Drug Products and Sciences Organization like OPEX, CAPEX, Hiring, Resource allocation and other key attributes as defined by the management
  • Responsible for driving the key metrics and analysis for HD Product Platform without impacting the program deliverables and product health roadmap
  • Thorough analysis of the Change Controls metrics beyond the project management metrics for the timely execution and co-ordination of the change management within the SPO organization
  • Coordinate and ensure follow-up of technical activities in collaboration with key stakeholders, with respect of project commitment, quality procedures and business needs
  • Propose options and develop action plan for problem-solving for the HD PCT platform
  • Establish, maintain and update technical & Design documentation according to Good Documentation Practices
  • Participate to multi-functional and international project team for effective collaboration and deliverables
  • Ensure good internal and cross-functional communication and regular status update of activities

Qualifications

Masters in Program Management or Chemistry or Pharmaceutical sciences or materials or business administration with a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience

Working knowledge of international/regional/national regulations and standards

Portfolio management and business acumen of Kidney care products in due time

Demonstrate project management skills in due time

Demonstrates flexibility and the ability to shift gears between projects comfortably.

Fluency in English

Skills

  • Adequate orientation towards Renal therapies and products with time
  • Good knowledge of utilizing data analysis and statistical tools
  • Good knowledge of Design Control documentation and medical writing
  • Sound knowledge of international/regional/national regulations and standards for drugs and medical devices
  • Acquire business acumen with time
  • Demonstrate strong project management and people leadership skills
  • Experience with Statistics and Six Sigma tools
  • Ability to work independently
  • Can effectively communicate with internal and external customers
  • Demonstrates flexibility and the ability to shift gears between projects comfortably
  • Fluency in English
  • Solid computer skills: email, documentation and collaboration tools: e.g. WebEx, Teams, Microsoft Office products, etc.
