Research Associate I

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop mass spectrometry-based analytical methods for pivotal studies such as biosimilarity and comparability assessments
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot mass spectrometry instrumentation to ensure optimal performance
• Design and execute multiple assays for comprehensive characterization of protein-based therapeutics across various project stages
• Contribute to the design, development, and implementation of methods for critical quality attributes (CQA) and impurity characterization
• Analyze data, interpret experimental results, and draw conclusions from multi-stage analytical studies
• Prepare and author technical documentation including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Method of Analysis (MoA), study protocols, and development reports
