About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Research Assistant to support our business development and outreach efforts. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with a few years of experience who are proactive, curious, and comfortable working with social media platforms—especially LinkedIn.
- Key ResponsibilitiesConduct online research to identify potential clients, partners, and industry trends
- Build and maintain a strong database of contacts and companies
- Assist in LinkedIn outreach and social media engagement
- Draft and refine professional messages, emails, and communication content
- Support the team with market insights and competitor analysis
- Organize and present research findings in a structured manner
- RequirementsFresh graduate or up to 2 years of relevant experience
- Strong proficiency in LinkedIn and other social media platforms
- Excellent written and spoken English skills
- Good research, analytical, and organizational abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace
- Basic familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT or Gemini, including the ability to write effective prompts for research and content drafting
