You are a technically fluent project leader who can drive product development initiatives from concept to release. You understand SDLC and can plan and execute projects in waterfall and agile. You focus on outcome and track budget closely. You are structured, data-driven, high-accountability. Apart from development team you drive the QA as well to achieve desired outcomes.
You can speak both engineering and business, manage risks proactively, and ensure predictable delivery without compromising quality.
What You Will Be Doing
Product Development & Delivery Management
- Lead end-to-end R&D projects across – Developers, QA, Architects.
- Define engineering scope wise timelines, milestones, and track execution against plan.
- Marry your plan with understanding of Technical Lead.
- Manage risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communication.
- Your delivery plan will for weekly basis delivery to QA.
- Ensure release readiness (quality, security, compliance, documentation).
- Drive sprint governance, release planning, and post-release reviews.
- Provide clear, data-driven delivery reporting to leadership.
Customer Handling & Delivery Ownership
- Act as the single point of accountability for customer delivery commitments.
- Work closely team to align product releases with customer deployments.
- Understand customer requirements, timelines, and contractual obligations and translate them into actionable delivery plans.
- Track customer-specific deliverables, customizations, and dependencies alongside core product development.
- Proactively communicate delivery status, risks, and changes to internal stakeholders and customer-facing teams.
- Ensure that what is committed to customers is feasible, tracked, and delivered.
Qualifications & Experience
- 8+ years in software development lifecycle; 5+ years in project management.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum, CI/CD, APIs, and modern software architecture.
- Telecom or large-scale transactional systems experience preferred.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office, and Jira-based sprint management.
- Ability to bridge engineering execution with business objectives, capability of close communications with stakeholders like management, product management and R&D department.
