Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Research and Development Partner. The individual in this role will be responsible for designing and implementing leadership development programs, managing projects, consulting with stakeholders, and supporting training initiatives. Additional tasks may include engaging in strategic partnerships, conducting market research, and driving the growth of impactful projects. The Research and Development Partner will collaborate with various internal teams to ensure the alignment of strategic goals with organizational objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Leadership Development and Training
- Proficiency in Project Management and Consulting practices
- Skills in Sales and building strategic partnerships
- Ability to effectively manage teams and collaborate with diverse stakeholders
- Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills
- Proven experience in education, policy advocacy, or a related field is advantageous
- Freshers are welcomed
- Bachelor's degree
