This is a full-time, on-site role based in Coimbatore for a Research and Development Manager. The R&D Manager will oversee and manage innovative projects, develop and implement research strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product innovation. The role includes leading R&D initiatives, managing project timelines, ensuring high-quality outcomes, and fostering a culture of innovation within the team.

• Strong expertise in Research and Development (R&D) and the ability to conduct thorough research to drive innovation.
• Proven experience in Team Management, Team Leadership, and guiding multidisciplinary teams effectively.
• Project Management skills with experience in planning, executing, and delivering projects on time.
• Exceptional problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills to support project objectives and team collaboration.
• Educational background in Engineering, Technology, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
• Previous experience in the fields of electronics, IoT, renewable energy, or automotive technology is highly desirable.
• Ability to work on-site full time and manage dynamic, fast-paced projects effectively.
