The Research and Development Intern will be responsible for conducting extensive product research, performing laboratory experiments, analyzing data, and compiling results to improve existing skincare formulations or develop new ones. The role also includes collaborating with cross-functional teams, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, offering hands-on experience in a dynamic and innovative environment.

• Strong foundation in Research and Development (R&D) and Research methodologies
• Proficient in Analytical Skills, including data analysis and problem-solving
• Effective Communication skills for team collaboration and report preparation
• Hands-on Laboratory Skills with an understanding of standard practices
• Attention to detail and an innovative mindset
• Pursuing or completed a degree in Chemistry, Biotechnology, Cosmetic Science, or a related field
• Prior experience in skincare or cosmetics industries is a plus
