Job Description

1. Market Research & Data Sourcing
  • Identify and research potential importers, distributors, and buyers across international markets.
  • Build targeted prospect lists using trade directories, B2B platforms, industry reports, and online databases.
  • Gather accurate contact details including email addresses, phone numbers, and company profiles.
  • Track market trends, competitor activity, and demand patterns in key export regions.
2. Database Management
  • Create, update, and maintain a structured CRM/database of leads and clients.
  • Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and proper categorization (region, product interest, deal stage).
  • Regularly clean and validate database entries to remove outdated or duplicate records.
  • Generate periodic reports on lead status, outreach performance, and conversion metrics.
3. Lead Generation & Outreach
  • Initiate outbound communication via cold calls, emails, and WhatsApp to prospective buyers.
  • Draft and send personalized outreach messages and follow-ups.
  • Qualify leads based on interest, requirements, and buying potential.
  • Schedule meetings or calls between qualified prospects and senior team members.
4. Relationship Management
  • Maintain consistent communication with existing and prospective buyers.
  • Respond to inquiries, share product information, and coordinate initial discussions.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships to encourage repeat business.
  • Track client interactions and ensure timely follow-ups.
