We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Research Analyst who is passionate about equity research, financial analysis, and tracking market trends. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in equity/financial research, strong analytical capabilities, and a clear understanding of capital markets.
This role offers the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to investment decisions by delivering actionable research insights and high-quality financial analysis.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct in-depth equity research across sectors and companies
- Analyze financial statements, annual reports, earnings releases, and investor presentations
- Build and maintain financial models (DCF, relative valuation, ratio analysis, etc.)
- Track macroeconomic trends, sector developments, and regulatory changes
- Prepare detailed research reports, investment notes, and presentations
- Monitor portfolio performance and provide timely updates
- Support investment strategy with data-driven insights
- Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and research best practices
Eligibility Criteria- Preferablly Local Candidate.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in equity research / financial research
- Strong understanding of capital markets and financial instruments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (financial modeling, data analysis, valuation techniques)
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to interpret financial data and convert insights into actionable recommendations
Mandatory Requirement NISM Series XV Research Analyst Certification Examination (Mandatory)
Candidates without this certification will not be considered.
