Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated professional to join our Strategy and Consultancy team. The ideal candidate will be required to combine architectural understanding with strong analytical and strategic thinking skills to evaluate the feasibility, viability, and long-term value of urban development and real estate projects.
Key Responsibilities
1. Conduct feasibility and viability studies for real estate and infrastructure projects, including FSI utilization and development potential.
2. Prepare and analyze financial models, sensitivity analyses, and cash flow projections.
3. Undertake detailed market research and benchmarking studies to assess supplydemand trends and pricing.
4. Assist in preparing strategic Development mix / product mix
5. Collaborate with the design and planning teams to ensure development mix aligns with market and financial feasibility.
6. Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and proposals for internal and client discussions.
7. Engage in client meetings, coordinate with stakeholders, and contribute to business development initiatives.
Pre-requisites
1. Bachelor's degree in Architecture; a Master's in Urban Planning, Real Estate, or related field.
2. Strong understanding of real estate dynamics, development regulations, and planning frameworks.
3. Proficiency in Excel-based financial modeling, PowerPoint, and report writing.
4. Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
5. Ability to work on multiple assignments and deliver within timelines.
6. Experience with feasibility studies, FSI analysis, or transaction advisory.
7. Knowledge of design tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp.
