Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Research Analyst to contribute to advanced research projects, data analysis, and strategic insights within our organization. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys deep analysis, publishing, and collaborating across cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, plan, and execute research studies (quantitative and/or qualitative)
- Produce detailed reports, white papers, or peer-reviewed publications based on research findings
- Collaborate with product, marketing, engineering, or strategy teams to align research with business goals
- Stay current with the latest research methodologies, tools, and industry trends
- Develop and validate models, forecasts, or algorithms (depending on field)
- Contribute to grant applications and proposals
Qualifications:
- BE, ME, PhD in a relevant field
- Proven experience in research analysis
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Experience publishing in peer-reviewed journals or presenting at conferences is a plus
