Job Description

Conduct in-depth primary and secondary research to gather market, industry, and competitive insights for strategic decision‑making.
Analyze large datasets using statistical tools to identify trends, correlations, and actionable insights.
Develop research reports, presentations, and dashboards that clearly communicate findings to internal stakeholders or clients.
Evaluate market opportunities, risks, and financial implications to support business cases, forecasts, and strategy development.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, strategy, finance, consulting) to align research outputs with business needs.
Monitor industry developments and emerging trends to provide proactive updates and recommendations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Research Analyst should have:

1-4 years of experience in Buy‑Side Equity Research, with a proven track record of producing high‑quality investment insights.
Bachelor's degree from a Tier‑1 institution, with strong academic performance and analytical rigor.
Prior experience covering U.S. equities preferred, including familiarity with sector dynamics, financial modeling, and earnings analysis.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable investment recommendations.
