Job Description

  • Conduct in-depth primary and secondary research to gather market, industry, and competitive insights for strategic decision‑making.
  • Analyze large datasets using statistical tools to identify trends, correlations, and actionable insights.
  • Develop research reports, presentations, and dashboards that clearly communicate findings to internal stakeholders or clients.
  • Evaluate market opportunities, risks, and financial implications to support business cases, forecasts, and strategy development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, strategy, finance, consulting) to align research outputs with business needs.
  • Monitor industry developments and emerging trends to provide proactive updates and recommendations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Research Analyst should have:

  • 1-4 years of experience in Buy‑Side Equity Research, with a proven track record of producing high‑quality investment insights.
  • Bachelor's degree from a Tier‑1 institution, with strong academic performance and analytical rigor.
  • Prior experience covering U.S. equities preferred, including familiarity with sector dynamics, financial modeling, and earnings analysis.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable investment recommendations.
