We are Seeking

BUY side Equity Research Analysts for our team in Kolkata (WB). You will be required to engage in primary and secondary research and draft content for Annual, Integrated, Sustainability, and ESG Reports that redefine corporate storytelling and challenge how people perceive organisations.

Primary research will include interaction with Promoters and the management team of various companies.

Secondary research will comprise finding relevant economic and sectoral data from credible sources.

What you will do

• Gather data from client presentations, industry reports, and senior management interviews and synthesise research findings for content creation.
• Assist in environmental audits, compliance documentation, and reporting
• Collect and analyze data; prepare reports as per regulatory requirements
• Draft high-quality, client-aligned content.
• Review and edit content for accuracy and clarity
• Collaborate with clients and address feedback
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and art team members, to deliver cohesive reporting projects.

What you must have

A minimum of 3 years of experience as a BUY-side equity research analyst.

Experience in drafting long- and short-format content

The ability to write using different tonalities and styles under strict deadlines

Ability to find and evaluate useful information relevant to reports

The drive to learn quickly

Required Candidate profile

B.Sc. (Environmental Science)

Strong interest in environmental management, sustainability, and compliance

Good communication and analytical skills

What we would like you to have

A degree in Business Management with a Major in Finance or a CA would be preferred.
