Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Research Analyst to support our US staffing operations by leveraging AI tools and talent intelligence platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for market research, candidate sourcing insights, and data-driven decision-making to enhance recruitment efficiency and delivery for US clients.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Conduct market research and talent mapping for US-based roles across IT and non-IT domains.

·         Utilize AI-powered sourcing tools (such as HireEZ, SeekOut, LinkedIn AI search, ChatGPT, etc.) to identify and analyze candidate pools.

·         Analyze labor market trends, salary benchmarks, and skill demand across different regions in the US.

·         Support recruiters with data insights, candidate pipelines, and sourcing strategies.

·         Generate reports on talent availability, competitor analysis, and hiring trends.

·         Leverage Boolean search techniques and AI tools for advanced candidate research.

·         Maintain and update internal databases with accurate research findings.

·         Collaborate with recruiters, account managers, and delivery teams to align research with client requirements.

·         Identify new tools, platforms, and AI technologies to improve sourcing efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

·         Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Analytics, or related field.

·         2+ years of experience in US staffing / recruitment research / talent sourcing.

·         Hands-on experience with AI sourcing tools and platforms.

·         Strong knowledge of Boolean search, X-ray search, and talent mapping.

·         Familiarity with job boards like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn.

·         Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.

·         Strong communication and reporting skills.

·         Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
