Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Provide support for Oracle Retail applications (ReSA / RMS)
Develop and maintain PL/SQL scripts, procedures, and queries
Participate in testing activities and defect resolution
Handle production/support tickets and troubleshoot issues
Work on Unix/Linux environments for scripting and support tasks
Assist in automation and scripting activities where required
Collaborate with team members for issue resolution and enhancements
Ensure timely resolution of incidents and support requests
