Sr. DevOps Engineer -GCP

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled GCP Cloud/DevOps Engineer responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable and secure cloud infrastructure using Google Cloud Platform (GCP). The ideal candidate will have strong experience with DevOps tools and practices, CI/CD pipelines, container orchestration, and infrastructure automation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and maintain cloud-based development and production environments on GCP.
• Automate deployment of applications and services using CI/CD pipelines.
• Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or equivalent.
• Implement and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Monitor and optimize cloud infrastructure performance, availability, and cost.
• Develop and maintain scripts and tools using Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Troubleshoot and debug infrastructure and deployment-related issues in GCP.
• Implement and maintain security policies, compliance, and disaster recovery strategies.
• Configure and manage logging, monitoring, and alerting systems.
• Manage version control and collaboration using Git and GitHub/GitLab.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile/DevOps environment.
• Participate in code reviews, provide feedback, and support DevOps best practices.
• Research and recommend emerging technologies and cloud best practices.
