Key Requirements
*5+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing (preferably in B2B E-commerce)*
Proven experience managing paid campaigns across Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and YouTube Ads.
Strong understanding of customer acquisition funnels and performance metrics.
Proficiency in analytics tools, spreadsheets, and reporting dashboards.
Experience working with CRM and marketing automation platforms.
Strong data interpretation skills with a focus on measurable improvements.
Creative mindset with the ability to craft compelling ad messaging and targeting strategies.
Experience in a high-growth or startup environment is highly preferred.
Strong ownership mindset and ability to manage campaigns independently.
Salary upto 50 k
