Job Title: Machine Learning Engineer (2-3 Years Experience)
About The Role
Were looking for a Machine Learning Engineer with 12 years of hands-on experience to help us build, deploy, and improve ML models that solve real business problems. Youll work closely with data scientists/analysts, backend engineers, product, and QA to take models from experimentation to production.
Salary - Upto 10 LPA (Negotiable)
Location - Gurugram
Key Responsibilities
- Build and train ML models for classification, regression, recommendation, and/or NLP use cases
- Convert notebooks/experiments into clean, testable, production-ready code
- Develop end-to-end ML pipelines: data preprocessing, feature engineering, training, evaluation, and inference
- Deploy models to production (APIs/batch jobs) and ensure reliability, performance, and scalability
- Monitor model quality (drift, accuracy, latency), troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve results
- Work with structured and unstructured data; help define data requirements and quality checks
- Collaborate with product and engineering to translate business goals into measurable ML outcomes
- Maintain documentation for experiments, datasets, model versions, and deployment workflows
Required Skills Qualifications
- 12 years of experience building ML models and/or deploying them in real projects (internships count if strong)
- Strong Python skills and experience with ML libraries: scikit-learn, PyTorch or TensorFlow
- Solid understanding of ML fundamentals: bias/variance, overfitting, evaluation metrics, cross-validation
- Experience with data handling using Pandas, NumPy, and SQL basics
- Familiarity with API development and model serving (e.g., FastAPI/Flask)
- Understanding of Git, code reviews, and basic software engineering practices
- Ability to communicate clearly and work in a fast-moving team
Education
- Bachelors in CS/AI/DS/Engineering or equivalent practical experience/projects
