Role: Client Reporting / Performance Reporting Process Manager
Role Overview
The Client Reporting / Performance Reporting Process Manager is responsible for managing end-to-end client reporting operations, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of investment and performance reports to clients and stakeholders. The role focuses on process optimization, quality control, stakeholder management, and continuous improvement of reporting frameworks to enhance operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Client & Performance Reporting
Manage end-to-end client reporting and investment performance reporting processes.
Ensure accurate, timely, and high-quality delivery of client reports, performance analytics, and portfolio reports.
Oversee preparation and distribution of monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc client reporting packages.
Ensure reporting complies with internal governance standards and regulatory requirements.
Process Management & Improvement
Drive process optimization and standardization across reporting workflows.
Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and documentation.
Identify automation opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce operational risk.
Implement continuous improvement initiatives using Lean / Six Sigma methodologies.
Data Quality & Governance
Ensure accuracy and integrity of performance data, portfolio data, and reporting metrics.
Oversee data validation, reconciliation, and quality control checks.
Collaborate with data management and technology teams to resolve data issues.
Stakeholder Management
Act as a key point of contact for clients, relationship managers, portfolio managers, and internal stakeholders.
Manage client queries related to performance reports and analytics.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including investment operations, technology, and risk teams.
Team Leadership & Oversight
Lead and mentor reporting analysts and operations teams.
Monitor team performance, SLAs, and KPIs to ensure service delivery excellence.
Support recruitment, training, and development of reporting team members.
