- Job Summary
- We are looking for a Data Analyst with 2 years of experience in data analysis, strong SQL skills, and hands-on reporting experience across BI tools. The role requires high competence in SQL for in-tool reporting and strong proficiency in Excel, including advanced formulas and Power Query, to deliver accurate and actionable insights.
- Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or similar)
- Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and in-tool reporting
- Use Excel extensively for data analysis, reporting, advanced formulas, and Power Query transformation
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and translate reporting requirements
- Stay current with evolving data tools, technologies, and best practices
- Required Skills & Experience
- 25 years of experience in Data Analyst / Reporting roles
- Strong proficiency in SQL (complex queries, joins, subqueries, performance optimization)
- Hands-on experience with relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, etc.)
- Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and Power Query
- Experience with BI and reporting tools (Power BI preferred; Tableau/Qlik acceptable)
- Good to Have
- Exposure to data warehousing and ETL concepts
- Experience with cloud data platforms
- Basic scripting knowledge (Python or similar)
You will be successful in this role if you have:
- BE/B-Tech degree and 2 years relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education in Computer Science or any Engineering Departments.
