Description
The HR Reporting Analyst will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and analyzing HR data to support strategic decision-making across the organization. This role will focus on creating accurate, timely, and insightful reports and dashboards that enable HR leaders and stakeholders to optimize workforce planning, compliance, and employee experience.
A Typical Day In The Life Includes
- Design, build, and maintain HR reports and dashboards using HCM reporting tools, Excel, and BI platforms (for example, Power BI).
- Collect, validate, and analyze HR data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Provide insights on workforce trends, including attrition, compensation, and other key HR metrics.
- Partner with HR stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver reporting and analytics solutions aligned to business needs.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and internal data security standards.
- Support HR initiatives by providing data-driven analysis and recommendations.
- Maintain documentation and data definitions to support consistency and transparency across reporting.
- Configure and launch employee surveys in Qualtrics, partnering with HR, Enablement, and Communications to design effective surveys and reporting outputs.
- Manage the Qualtrics vendor relationship, including contracts, escalations, and platform enhancements.
- Develop training materials and guidance to support adoption and effective use of Qualtrics and reporting tools.
- Champion AI adoption and innovation across HR by identifying practical use cases, promoting AI readiness, and guiding stakeholders in the responsible use of emerging technologies.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Mathematics, Data Science, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in HR reporting, analytics, or similar role.
- Proficiency in HCM Reporting, SQL, advanced Excel, and SharePoint; experience with visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills to present complex data in a clear, actionable manner.
- Knowledge of HR processes, compliance, and workforce metrics.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with HRIS/HCM systems and data governance.
- Familiarity with BI reporting and data analytics.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
