Your future duties and responsibilities
Position Description: We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer proficient in Java and microservices. The ideal candidate is a hands-on coder with strong debugging skills, eager to adopt modern practices including test automation.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain backend and frontend applications.
- Design and implement REST APIs.
- Implement and maintain unit and integration tests.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software.
Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role
Must-Have Skills:
- Proficient in Java, microservices, REST APIs, ReactJS, SQL, Docker, Git, CI, and automated testing practices (unit and integration tests).
- Strong debugging skills and good communication skills.
- Eager to adopt modern practices including test automation.
Good-to-Have Skills:
- Kubernetes, CI/CD tools, cloud platforms, test automation tools and frameworks.
