Job Description

Overview

This role will partner the Experience Consumer Research team located in India Capability Center (ICC) to ensure exceptional service is provided in support of Sensory Consumer Experience. This role will create actionable reports for Consumer Research studies, and coordinate with in-market ICC employees, to develop clear plans for projects to be completed on-time, in-full and on-budget with proper quality controls in place.


Responsibilities

  • Work closely with key Program Manager, Data Analyst and Programmer to create an actionable research report for each Consumer research study, while ensuring best practices.
  • Leverage existing global EXP Consumer Research Transformation & Report Continuous Improvement processes and protocols for each research study report.
  • Seamlessly work across EyeQuestion AutoReport program, Harmoni, and other programs to synthesize key findings and recommendations.
  • While ensuring each report follows best practice format guidelines, storytelling and imagery are also critical to elevate understanding and business impact.
  • Share reports with Program Manager for final review. Provide revisions and additional builds as requested by EXP category scientist and/or Category Lead.
  • Partner closely with Program Manager, programmer, and analyst to identify new methods and processes to increase efficiency and quality.
  • Work visibly & transparently in Microsoft Teams and other office 365 tools.

Qualifications

  • BS in a relevant scientific discipline (e.g. Data Science, Sensory science, Statistics) preferred, background in statistical analysis techniques, Sensory, and processes a plus (requirement: ability to interpret data analysis).
  • 5-6yrs experience in quantitative consumer research, designs/ systems.
  • Working knowledge of sensory and statistical analysis programs
  • Ability to interpret complex data and distil into useful and actionable information.
  • Advanced English Skills and Spanish Skills (depending on language of report)
  • System: EyeQuestion, Harmoni, LabVantage, O365
  • Ability to rapidly learn computer applications/programs & navigate systems.
  • Good communication skills - oral and written (e.g. communication on telephone, external and internal to PepsiCo, managing with other support group functions, etc.)
  • Ability to manage time effectively across multiple priorities and projects requiring a high degree of organizational and communication skills to ensure requests are delivered in a timely manner
  • Fluent in English
  • Takes initiative on assigned tasks and accountabilities with minimal supervision.
